Aldi Ireland - New Fleet Driver

Hi Team,

When you receive a request from one of the fleet managers at Aldi Ireland to add "Postpaid Public Chargers" plan to a new driver in their fleet, please follow the procedure below.

  1. Locate the driver in the Operator Portal
    1. go to Users -> Drivers -> search for the driver's name or email address
    2. tick the box on the left side of the driver's record -> click Groups -> Add To Group -> select one of the drivers sub-groups under "Aldi Ireland" (based on the instructions in the email from fleet manager)

2. Edit the driver's profile
3. Add a new contract for the "Postpaid Public Chargers" plan
4. Save changes to the driver
5. Reply to the Aldi fleet manager with confirmation
