zappi v1 with V5 Firmware?
IMPORTANT If you have other myenergi devices as well as the zappi v1 then do not update the firmware. |
If you have a zappi v1 and another myenergi device (an eddi or zappi) then there are two options.
- Leave everything on the current firmware - your system will continue to work as it does currently
- Contact us at ePower with the serial number of your zappi to discuss the options to upgrade your zappi v1 to a new model
The following firmware versions are suitable for use alongside zappi v1
